To achieve high-level real estate development, Arras Group relies on an enviable workforce that any company would be proud of: a top-tier team of over thirty employees and collaborators, all highly specialized and qualified. Over the years, we have brought together professionals from up to ten different nationalities, collectively speaking around twenty different languages. This distinctive feature highlights the company's deep international and multicultural essence, allowing us to meet the growing demand from foreign markets.

With this vision in mind, we have also opened our first international office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. In just one year of operation, this office has successfully tackled the challenge of engaging numerous potential clients from outside Italy, particularly from Northern and Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Russia, and the United States.

The corporate structure has been strategically designed to ensure maximum control over real estate operations, thanks to the expertise of our professionals. This approach enables the company to oversee every stage of project development—from marketing to sales—while also managing financial aspects and the application of cutting-edge technology to ongoing construction sites.

The rapid growth over the past 12 months has inevitably led to changes within our organization. However, the employees and collaborators of Arras Group remain fully operational and dedicated to serving our clients, actively engaged in daily business activities, and focused on the company’s growth, which also means the advancement of their professional careers.
