"Delays"? They’re not (only) up to us

Arras Group is a company specializing in real estate development in areas that, due to their history or characteristics, are among the most beautiful in Italy and the world.

This aspect not only enhances the value of the products and properties developed by the company but also requires compliance with numerous restrictions aimed at protecting the landscape. Inevitably, this leads to an increase in bureaucracy, procedures, and paperwork, which results in higher costs and longer timelines beyond the company's control. At the same time, Arras Group is tasked with overseeing and supervising the work of contractors and external professionals who contribute, in various capacities and with their own timelines and methods, to the realization of projects developed and marketed in-house.

Moreover, one of the distinguishing features of Arras Group since its inception has been the opportunity for clients to fully customize their homes according to their preferences and needs. This allows clients to enjoy a tailored product with a higher future real estate value compared to mass-produced projects. On the other hand, the design phase and the start of construction necessarily take longer to enable designers and builders to incorporate client requests into the initial project.

These two factors, which often coexist, inevitably affect the duration of the design phase and the subsequent construction launch. Over the past year and a half, the company has made efforts to inform clients whenever such situations have arisen.

To address these delays, which are often beyond Arras Group's direct control, the company has recently initiated several commercial agreements with experienced partners. These partnerships aim to provide greater control over project execution, reducing reliance on external collaborations. These new partnerships have been publicly announced through company communications.
